F.R CLOTHIERS — MADE TO ORDER (MTO) TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHAT MADE TO ORDER IS

Made to Order (MTO) is built from an in-person measuring session with one of our tailors, using a curated range of fabrics and finishing options. Your garment is cut and constructed to your measurements as taken on the day of your consultation.

MTO is intended for customers whose body shape and requirements are expected to stay consistent between measuring and final fitting. If you anticipate a significant change in your body (e.g. an active weight-loss or fitness program) or want a fit style outside of what MTO offers, our Made to Measure (MTM) service may be a better fit for you — ask us before booking.

2. MEASUREMENTS

All MTO measurements are taken in person by one of our tailors. We measure you to fit your body as it is on the day of your consultation.

By making payment, you confirm and agree to the measurements and specifications recorded at your consultation, and authorise us to proceed with your order on that basis.

3. TURNAROUND TIME

MTO garments take 4 weeks to construct. This 4-week period covers construction only and does not include the time required for your initial consultation or your final fitting appointment. Total time from booking to collection may therefore be longer than 4 weeks depending on appointment availability.

4. FIT, ALTERATIONS & REFITS

Basic alterations arising from your included final fitting appointment are covered as part of your MTO price, with no additional cost.

The following are not covered by your MTO price and will incur an additional charge:

• - Changes due to a change in your body since your measuring session (including weight loss or weight gain)
• - Requests for a fit style outside of your original measurements (for example, a more tapered fit than originally specified)
• - Any other changes to the garment beyond what was agreed and confirmed at your consultation

If your fit requirements have changed since your original measurements were taken, this falls outside the scope of Made to Order, and you should speak with us about our Made to Measure service instead.

5. FABRIC, ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

Once payment is made, your garment is ordered and construction begins. There is a short window after payment during which a change of fabric choice may be accommodated — ask us for the current timeframe. Once your order has been processed, fabric and specification changes can no longer be made.

6. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

If your finished garment does not match the specifications agreed and confirmed at your consultation (i.e. the fault is ours, not a change in your body or a request outside the original scope), we will remake or correct the garment to the agreed specifications at no additional cost to you.

7. CANCELLATIONS

Once payment has been made and your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where your garment or our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you are entitled to the remedies available to you under the ACL, which may include repair, replacement, resupply, refund, or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss, depending on the nature of the failure.

To the extent permitted by law, F.R Clothiers is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from a missed event) arising from or in connection with your order, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under the ACL.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
